Are your courses accepted everywhere?

Yes, our ACLS, PALS and BLS courses are accepted in every U.S. state, in Canada and internationally.

Do I need to purchase additional study materials? 

No, a provider manual written by medical doctors is included free with all of our courses.  

Can I earn continuing education units with your courses?

Yes, you are eligible for 8 CEUs/CME credits for ACLS and PALS certification and 4 CEUs/CME credits for recertification. You receive 4 CEUs/CME credits for BLS certification and 2 CEUs/CME credits for BLS recertification. 

Do you allow exam retakes?

You may retake the final ACLS, PALS or BLS exam an unlimited number of times.

Do your cards show that I took an online course?

No, our cards do not show that you took an online course and are like any card you would receive from an offline classroom based course.

How quickly do my results come in? 

Your exam will be graded immediately, and your digital card(s) will be sent to you as soon as you pass the final exam.

Can I take your courses if I have never been certified?  

Yes, you may take our ACLS, PALS or BLS certification courses even if you have never been certified in the past.

How much time do I have to complete the course?  

You may take as much time as you wish to complete our courses, as there is no course expiration at any time after you sign up.

How is the exam structured? 

The ACLS and PALS exam is comprised of 75 multiple choice questions. The BLS exam is comprised of 45 multiple choice questions. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass the exam, and the questions are based off of our online training material.

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Yes, we provide a priority shipping option for those who need their hard copy card quickly.

You will also be sent a digital certification card immediately after you pass the exam.

Do you have practice exams?

Yes, we offer you unlimited practice exams for all of our courses to help you prepare for the recertification or certification exam.

Can I choose the recertification course if my card has already expired?

Our recertification courses are designed to help busy professionals quickly and conveniently recertify. As long as your provider card has been expired for less than 60 days, you can register for the recertification course.

Are your courses based on the latest AHA guidelines?

Yes, our courses and exams are based on the latest AHA cognitive guidelines which were last updated in 2010.

Do you require a clinical skills test?

We do not require a clinical skills test in order for you to receive your ACLS, PALS or BLS card. If your employer requires you to take a skills test, we can provide you with a skills verification form that you can take to a local testing center or clinician; and this will verify that you completed your evaluation through our program.

Can I receive a refund if I don't like the course?

You are allowed exam and course access indefinitely once you purchase our course - even after you pass the final exam. All purchases are final once made however.

How long is my certification or recertification valid?

Your certification or recertification is valid for exactly 2 years from the date that you pass the final ACLS, PALS, or BLS exam.

When does my card arrive in the mail?

Your wallet card will arrive between 7-10 business days after you pass the final exam.
